Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Your confirmation page includes a private link to reschedule or cancel. A move is checked against the live van calendar, and a cancellation releases the original time.
Can I book several pets together?
Yes. Add up to four dogs or cats to one household booking. Each pet can have a different package and add-ons; grooming times are combined, then one 20-minute setup and travel buffer is added.
What does the van need at my home?
Please leave about 25 feet of parking near your home and provide access to outdoor water. The van brings its own power, so there is nothing to plug in.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on each pet’s package, size, coat condition, and add-ons. Your exact combined grooming time and the existing 20-minute buffer appear before you choose a slot.
How do payment and the deposit work?
The current demo shows a $50 deposit due at the visit. No card is collected and no charge is processed; payment is not connected.
What if my pet is anxious?
Tell us in the handling-notes field. Maya especially enjoys working with anxious dogs, and every visit is one household at a time with no cages or waiting room.
